FRM expands its procurement capabilities

We are very pleased to announce that the FRM team is expanding by three new members, Bob Couth, Fiona Gutteridge and Kate Thompson. This is an exciting opportunity, in a period of growth for FRM and celebrating 10 years of service.

Bob is a Chartered Engineer with extensive experience (30 plus years) in environmental consultancy, notably in the procurement of environmental and waste and services contracts. He also has a vast amount of experience working internationally he has worked on projects in Canada, Hong Kong, Ireland, Latvia, Macedonia, Malaysia, Philippines, Senegal, South Africa, Sudan and Uganda. These projects have included waste collection, recycling, recovery and disposal together with landfill gas UNFCCC Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects for the World Bank.

Fiona has been appointed as a Principal Consultant, she has over 20 years’ experience in the waste industry. She is supporting FRM with proposal writing, modelling, procurement and waste strategy-based projects. She understands the operational detail required to model waste systems efficiently having used and developed various bespoke models as well as the WRAP Kerbside Analysis Tool (KAT) to model systems and benchmark performance.

Kate has been appointed to support the team with administrative/account tasks. She has a vast amount of administrative experience as she has worked within the banking industry for a number of years.
